Her static appearance was that of a human. It was flawlessly so when she was seen as she was now, sitting in one of those white vinyl high-back chairs. That ultra-realistic body and face of hers were serenely still as her internal systems prepared themselves for boot-up.

When she moved, the appearance was shattered. Loud whirring and clicking sounds came out of every joint while her body emitted beeps and tones that could only have come from a computer. The motion her body made when it moved was stiff, jerky, halting and mechanical. When she moved, no one could mistake her for a person.

She remained extremely attractive though.
