3. HEAT MANAGEMENT

Altough your Laure S3 model comes with state-of-the-art cooling and heat regulating equipment, please keep these few tips in mind for a durable and hassle-free experience.

• The extended wear of tight-fitting clothing is discouraged, as it hampers excedent heat dispersion.

• Except in very specific cases, cold-weather clothing is both superfluous and risky, as their isotherm design can quickly lead to catastrophic heat build-up.

• The use of latex or leather garments, or any other impervious material, is specifically discouraged. These materials are notoriously poor at dispersing excedent heat. You can find specifically-designed garments on our website and at approved retailers.

• If outside temperatures reach 30°C/86°F or more, we URGE you to shut down your unit and store it in a ventilated and shaded place.

Your Laure S3 model is programmed to monitor its status and warn you in advance about any temerature-related risk. Although these messages can be deactivated at your discretion, we strongly recommend keeping an ear open to your unit warnings.
