A sudden bright burst of electricity flared from her temple as her blue eyes snapped open, staring directly at him – Max gave a startled cry, scrambling to his feet and rushing out of the locker room, halfway back to his classroom before he managed to stop himself. He realized his device was not stopping time it all – it was an on / off switch for robots.
