“Wait!” you demand, stepping between the two glowering fembots with palms raised. “You don’t need to kill each other.”
“It’s har or me!” growls Skena, wringing her sword’s grip.
“What did you expect?” the witch sighs. “There is no reasoning with this brute!”
As you consider how to break this impasse, you see the witch purse her lips, her yellow eyes narrowing at you in intense scrutiny. After a brief pause, she wordlessly returns the dagger to her belt and straightens, putting her hands on her hips and looking at Skena expectantly.
Skena’s heavy blade drops with a thunderous clang, the warrior-bot folding her arms across her prominent bust as she regards the witch with obvious suspicion.
“I’m impressed!” the witch says to you with a wide smile, “You’ve actually brought the bitch to heel!”
Before you can respond, Skena is already lunging at the smirking witch.
