Fembots involved:
- Shiela, a young secretary who has her face opened up in the beginning of the movie.
- Gigolo Jane, a gynoid gigolo who appears briefly in the middle of the movie.
- A robotic nanny who is destroyed around the middle of the film.

- Annalee Call, a Synthetic. About halfway through the film, she is damaged and then plugs a cable into her arm to hack into the ship's systems.

Fembots involved:
- Fembots - Introduced roughly halfway through the film. They are initially deactivated, but are activated by voice command. They have gun barrels that pop out from their breasts that can shoot bullets or a form of sedative gas. Near the end, their heads all blow up.

The Spy who Shagged Me
Fembots involved:
- Vanessa Kensingston - She is revealed to be a fembot in the opening scene, Dr. Evil overrides her programming and causes her to shoot at Austin Powers and then self-destruct. Austin removes her face before this happens, and after picks up and plays with her severed left hand.

Fembots involved:
- Britney Spears - In the opening dance sequence, a fembot version of Britney Spears attempts to shoot Austin Powers with her machine gun breasts and then her head blows up.

Bicentennial Man
Fembots involved:
- Galatea - She shows up near the middle of the movie. Initially, she has a more robotic appearance, though at the end of the movie she appears with a more humanlike appearance. In her first scene, she is shut off by remote. In another scene, she has been reprogrammed by Andrew and makes a scene.
