- Annalee Call, a Synthetic. About halfway through the film, she is damaged and then plugs a cable into her arm to hack into the ship's systems.

- Fembots - Introduced roughly halfway through the film. They are initially deactivated, but are activated by voice command. They have gun barrels that pop out from their breasts that can shoot bullets or a form of sedative gas. Near the end, their heads all blow up.

- Vanessa Kensingston - She is revealed to be a fembot in the opening scene, Dr. Evil overrides her programming and causes her to shoot at Austin Powers and then self-destruct. Austin removes her face before this happens, and after picks up and plays with her severed left hand.

- Britney Spears - In the opening dance sequence, a fembot version of Britney Spears attempts to shoot Austin Powers with her machine gun breasts and then her head blows up.
