In fembot terminology, assembly is the case where a fembot is first assembled. This can involve the construction of limbs, and the assembly of limbs to the torso.

In the anime Boku no Marie, you see a brief scene in the form of a flashback detailing the initial stages of construction for his "sister".
In the Megaman Cartoon Series, you see Roll being reassembled following a dismantlement.
In the Short Film "Replacement", you see a man assembling parts of a head.
