You cross the narrow land bridge to the tower of black stone, pushing on its large iron-shod door. It quietly squeaks open on its hinges to reveal a foyer made of green and black stones. You see no sign of the witch, but the hall is lined with statues of beautiful nymphs posing in exultation over their curvaceous anatomy. Each is chiseled in diaphanous slips that seem almost ephemeral despite their stone construction and distinguished by some aspect of nature, one decorated in flowers, another whose ankles end in dainty hooves.
