"Teenage Popstar Girl" is a 2012 song by American rock band Whisperado.

The accompanying video, directed by Daniel Azarian, features a young girl idolizing a pop star. The pop-star is revealed to be a fembot during a backstage reprogramming session, where she is disassembled and outfitted with more aggressively commercial floppy disk software. A new fembot is introduced, making the first obsolete. The older model is deactivated and thrown away, to be eventually salvaged and reprogrammed by the young girl.
